PROGRAMS & EVENTS

CDRC is committed to continuing to provide current information and insight into legislation, public policy, or trends which affect the Alternative Dispute Resolution Practioner. In the past this information has been disseminated and input collected through a series of different types of programs:

  • panel lecture presention with Q&A
  • state wide round table discussions - meetings held at various places around the state to provide information and to collect input on the direction the industry should be directed
  • our CDRC Annual Meeting

The following list of events and trainings relating to alternative dispute resolution are presented here for the convenience of CDRC Members, but their inclusion should not be construed as an endorsement by CDRC of any such event or training, unless the CDRC is listed as a sponsoring organization. The CDRC does not certify any particular training or trainer and cannot verify or warrant the efficacy of any such training or trainer.

The California Dispute Resolution Council is a statewide, non -profit organization comprised of commercial and non-commercial Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") neutrals, providers and educators. Our members range from the largest ADR organizations to individual and community practitioners. Our membership includes organizations and individuals who use ADR services and want to preserve ADR as an accessible, efficient, and effective means of dispute resolution. Through our fulltime lobbyist in Sacramento and the volunteer efforts of members, we develop, support, and influence legislation and public policies promoting effective and accessible conflict resolution.
